most of us have trained in the team gym.. so weve had the facilities.. dont beat yourself up

it will come.. just let your own progress develop ..and dont push yourself and cause an injury .. like every1 told me lol

flips are probably bets learn on the ground first, so you can get an understanding of the feeling involved in doing them! me and mark will be hopefully posting up a short "how to" vid on some soon!

It has nothing to do with me pk but I'm pretty sure with the right dedication and commitment any one of us could turn this into a good paying job, primarily because its so new and cool.

I've just learned that the zurich insurance ad we know and love so well, they asked zurich to cover all the jumpers for the public liability for the advert filming...and zurich said no chance lol. The serious side of this is that when it comes to performing, clubs, teams etc liability insurance is gonna cost a fair whack.

That's funny, I'm working for them next week, they didn't even ask if i had it, but i'm not doing any jumping just handing out flyers

Looks good, but you are jumping really high and then your flips are way low let them flow up then flip you dont have to flip so fast you have good height. good luck man.

Public Liability insurance is always the problem! You really shouldn't perform without it, incase *something* does go wrong and some idiot decides to sue for something. I think my insurance is about £2 million... I'd better check!

I'm with equity, It's a £25 administration fee, and then £125 a year after that... Not bad at all when you compare it to alot of other liabilty fees!
