Here in the US there is a product called "PB Blaster" Penetrant oil.  It's  a spray on like WD-40 but made just for loosening bolts.

It works great on getting bolts to loosen up enough to help you remove them. Im sure there is a simular product on your side of the pond.  Check euro verions of Walmart or your auto part store for it.

If you're trying to loosen a bolt, my advice is a rachet and a pair of pliars...

You can get everything done with a ratchet with a gator attachment, and a set of regular pliers like kape said.

They are the only tools i need.
The gator attachment is a big attachment with many little cylinders in it. The point is that they conform to any bolt so that you can loosen it.

As for the bolts, try turning them counter-clockwise? haha Wink
if else, just crank away. Check if theres a plastic ring around the bolt, that has to come out. As far as i know they dont have it in most places
