It was ok. The problem with trampoline vids is that once you've watched a few professional trampoline compilations, back yard vids don't really compare. It's cool to see the trampoline training as part of a bocking vid, but not so much on its own.

Sorry. Everything you did was good. Smiley It's just I've seen too many pro vids. I liked the double front and the gainer flashes! Smiley

contratulations. your twisting improved.  was this a one day thing or a compilation of different sessions?

Another congratulations in that you ended up twisting everything the same direction.  Both your forward and backward twist corespond. Both are right direction (clockwise). this will help you learn multple twisting, twisting combinations etc.

the sensation of twisting is little different when your upright than when your inverted. That is part where the confusion comes in.  Over time your gray matter will adjust.

Your right.... in that working a Rudy (front 1 & 1/2) will help tremendously with a back double full.

Also working double twist from your back to your back will help too.  Bounce on your back with legs up some.  Stretch to a straight body position but looking at your torso and toes (whole body is rotated around 30-45 degree, from  horizontal) on one of the bounces twist one quater with your whole body,  now you see the tramp out of the corner of your eye.   Then using what ever method of wrapping your arms to facility twist you like.... exicute the rest of the double twist, returning to your back.
