one slight problem is when i run with them they knock together so to run without them knocking i look stupid? are these just teething problems that everyone has or am i just a crip?

Yeah Smiley I used to look like such as a spaz when I ran, springs knocking together and not smooth at all, but now I'm fine - it'll come with practice.

thanks guys ive been practicing and im feeling better on them! does anyone have any pics of the poweriser pro hinged foot plate cause i wanted to put some on my risers along with the 2007 top straps

You won't be able to "put them on", you'll have to buy an entire poweriZer pro (there is no such thing as a poweriser pro) set, as the entire frame is different. Sorry...

ahh ok cool, thanks anyway, i might even get some new springs but lighters ones. i bought the 11-13 stone risers but being only 10 stone they are kinda tough but i will wait till their broken in, but if they are still tough then i will get diggerent springs, does that sound ok?

They should be fine for you, just need to let them break in and you should be getting some nice height off them.
It's much better having a spring you can't bottom out easily than having a soft spring which bottom out nearly every jump.

Yeah get padded mate Smiley I know pads aren't "cool", but neither are cuts and bruises! Knee pads and wrist guards at least, and I recommend elbow pads too.
