Personally, I like Option 3, "Stride as high and as far as possible". I think it's really cool to run in giant leaps, and make full use of the springiness.

The vote doesn't include 'Frightening small children'  Wink

Actually, "Fee Fi Fo Fum...etc" will turn you either into an object or terror or alternatively the Pied Piper of Hamelin.

At least I can outrun them all!

 Cheesy
You do wonder what the small kids think of you when they see you walking on the Powerisers. If you like attention, Powerisers are great things to own.

Running backwards is the most surreal feeling and looks amazing. Its also potensually very dangerous, think about your lowerback. The key is to remain upright and not to lean into the run.

I really like jumping as high as i can and doing the splits, it looks so awesome since doing the splits makes it seem like you are insainly high in the air, just got to make sure to close your legs or you wont be walking for a wile  Cheesy

we discussed this in the flips forum, its probably just getting your confidence up to doing it. if u look at the videos on the site, you can see its more dangerous than on a trampoline, and the ground tends to be harder  Wink

somewhere else
This topic: Flips?
has a lot of discussion about doing flips.
Velocity stilts seem to just be powerisers which have been stripped down and given better-looking  straps.

I'd like to see an example of that, I can already walk backwards a little bit, but I can't imagine being able to run backwards.
