Nice Rudi's Jono.  Squeez those legs together and get your hips and shoulders in line as you twist and it will get easier and easier.  Looks like you "see" it pretty well but Im not looking thru your eyes.   

When it is smooth you will see the ground at like the first quater or fith of twist out the corner of your eye and be able to have full focus on it untill the skill is complete. 

Rudi- short for Rudolph= front flip w/1.5 twist (540deg)

You know mate the more I attempt them the more I am aware of what I'm doing in the air and where the floor is. My first attempt was just a blur. You could have wedged a cucumber up my exhaust pipe and I wouldnt have known it.
Hopefully next week or if I'm brave and stupid I might try it at a festival today.
