imo, the 10kg rule only applies on your first buy and after that its what you feel you can handle, but if you can try out someones 80's and 90's it may help you make a better choice.

lol, i have been told to get 90's after bottoming my 70's out quite a lot...so i would suggest that

They'll take a while to break in but I know other people around that weight range using S-Rex type R's and they seem fine Smiley
