the question is if you can do that with 2 legs??? (the pushing on the wall), it can be much cooler no?
Yes I was thinking about that too. But I can do a wall flip without my Pro Jumps how I do it in the video so I thought i would do it that way. Next gym session I will try two feet.

Yeh thats true. A few I did fall forwards, but I can usually tell where my head is, if I think it is too close Ill put my hands out... hopefully.

Awsome trick dude!
Have you considered taking it one step further to do a 180
so you're not facing the wall (just incase you lose balance and hit your head..)?

Eventually, the first few were a bit dogey, but I think the next gym session I should be able to land them comfortably without worrying about hitting my head. Hopefully haha

Yeh I am only using one leg, because thats how I do it without my Pro Jumps on, but now thinking about it, it would probably be easier!

I have got Pro Jumps from http://www.pro-jump.co.uk/ they have suggested to me that I get the next weight up seeing the sort of thing I am doing on them is quite extreme!
