I read that the teams will be let off soley as teams or something, so you can't just arrive as a team and go, ours will be assigned a time or something, does anyone know anything about that?

Yep, we'll all have our own times, so we simply wait around until the last person in the team is allowed to set off, and all go in one big bunch. Now it's just gotta stop RAINING!

Currently the weather is looking pretty good, Sunny intervals, 20 degrees and a gentle breeze of 6mph:

Although the BBC is very unreliable and change their mind all the time

As for going off times. it works like this. There are colour coded groups. when you sign up you recieve a colour coded wrist band. The groups are then sent off at timed intervals

Ooh, okie. That makes sense. I misread it as teams get a specific time slot, and go off then. I suppose their way is easier.
And I got my route-map thingie, a few minutes after I sent an email to them asking them to send me something via email. They did as well. : D
Oh, and I also got my let and wrist protection, so, my legs should be safe throughout the journey. >D

What I would advice ( and for every1) is to take a few things to prevent/limit chaffing.

Came home to me tonite as i tried my new stilts. Im going to take a couple of hankies  and small foam blocks  to push in place if I find bindings or straps start rubbing. A spare pair of sox would do

ALSO WARNING FOR THE YOUNG AND PRETTY

be aware you may get 'hit apon', please take it in the spirit it will be ment --and consider it a complement Smiley

Tho obviously DK and Jason will need to be very heavilly gusseted -and may even need minders Grin

Yesh, I'm going to bring a bad along, with a few bottles of water (I love drinking water, despite the fact I haven't ever finished one bottle yet while bocking).
The only problem I see now would be my feet hurting when I finish, but last time that happened was because I was standing around a lot talking to people on the street, raising awareness of Walk for life. xD Some  woman came up and was like "What are those?" and I told her and gave her a slip of paper I had printed, saying the website name etc, then two other random women came up saying "I don't know what it is you're handing out, but I want one." xD Amazing the power of bocks have. : D

I hate it but there is almost no chance of the welshies coming to this Sad

My stilts are busted and we have several people injured that cant bock at the moment and the ones that do have stilts, dont have the money to get us there.

Really sorry jelly and everyone else. I was so looking forward to this.

OK  Im now in the bockers for life team (not quite sure why I wasnt in it as i seem to recall that Iset it up   bt hohum)

Now had a bit of a cock upon the Ebay front. Got notted up trying to place 1 of the wal for life posters up for grabs ( the one thats been on the tube line for the last month0

I cant try again for 24 hours. If Ifail then  --well Illask Matt nicely if I could maybe raffle in Cardiff at CB ( which might well raise more anyways)

Anyways I bought some funds over  so things have been bumped up a lil so still OK
