I have been doing acro my whole life..... I just got the stilts and went to my gym and practiced flipping into a foam pit. The hardest part was getting the balls to do the stuff.

Brilliant video, would love to find somewhere like that where I can just go to try stuff out. Got any links for places in the SouthEast / Essex?

Cheers in advance
