Hunter, thats an excellent resource. I used that site to learn a back flip a while ago!

I am thinking about doing a tutorial for a back flip on Pro Jumps! I will keep everyone posted.

Paul, did you learn a back flip on the floor first, rather than off a height? Assuming that is you in the pictures.

i was a gymnast when i was younger Then moved onto trampolining for 5 years or so, so i learnt how to do back sumis when i was a lot younger on the floor first

yes also ordered a crash matt recently so trying some interesting stuff when the weather turns a bit nicer as well
