Shouldn't be the cuffs available at originalpoweriser.cu.uk? As Poweriser dealers i think they should be able to deliver the cuffs.

Nope, due to "patent laws". What patent I'm not entirely sure, maybe Jeff Jay has a patent on the cuffs for VMS, and it applies over here too
