i was out on my 'risers for only the second time today and a piece of plastic seemed to fall from the sky and landed under my left riser. i walk off thinking "what was that" and when i was walking i fet a wobble. i was pretty sure it was comeing from the lowest set of bolts (where the spring goes 'naked') so i checked it out to see what the difference was between the 'wobbler' and the other one and couldnt see any difference. eventually i got this white 'T shape plastic thig and put behind the riser where i thought the 'wobble' was. it seems to be fine now(not wobbling) but i will update later. has anybody else found this?? what should i do with them??

Cheers everyone!

can you get picutres of these pieces cause i really can't tell what's going on from your description. If things on your risers are breaking, send them back and get new ones, that's not suposed to happen.

You've got exactly the same problem I had. You really need those parts as it keeps the spring still and also stops the frame cutting/digging into the spring.
Contact your supplier and they should be able to send you the replacement feet.

The piece you are missing is the bit between the metal and spring, right?
That comes riveted to the foot, they can't just send you a new piece of plastic, they have to send you the entire thing.
I'm guessing yours look like mine did:

Right (top view) showing missing piece

Left (top view) for comparison

Am I correct?

What make/model do you have then?
Mine are Poweriser PR5070's... the additional plastic part sounds interesting as it helps pad it out further...
good luck with getting the part!
