are they approved by the patent holder?

I would be interessted in that question, too. I gess if we ask Bock family they will say no (please correct me if I am wrong).

On one hand it does not bother me whether a vendor has the right or not. On the other hand Matt removed links concerning Flyjumper, Streetjumper etc. since they are not entitled to sell them. So why are other producers not treated the same way?

I have received an email from the patent holder saying that Supershoes are not allowed in the following areas:
- Great Britain
- Germany
- France
- Spain
- Italy
- United States of America
And so do not buy any if you are within any of those areas, that is not allowed. Sully59 will be asked to pay damages to the patent holder if they decide to sell them in a patent protected area.

Chris911 is plain outright lying to our members about being able to legally sell to supershoes to "any country".  He should be permanently banned from the forum.

Bill,
Before you get your yourself all worked up you might want to ask Chris about his trip to Germany in reference to this.

i wouldn't ban him, if he's breaking the law the patent holder will take the proper actions.  The fourm exists to share ideas.  He says he can sell in any country, i haven't seen any evidence to the contrary, not that i beleive it out right.  He's not using the boards to sell his product, just to get our input on how we want our sport to progress, which i think is great, if all the manufacturers had representatives on here that would be great.  So short story shorter, don't ban him cause he made a claim that might not be true, cause if its not he'll get sued for patent infringement.

i have spoken to the patent holder directly and he has told me that it is illegal to buy or sell anything other than powerisers or poweriZers in the UK, EUROPE & THE USA

So none of these moonwalkers, supershoes, flying jumpers etc really matter

I know this post was made in May, but just wanted to clear up the fact that Fly Jumpers are now a legal brand in the UK and has been approved by the German patent holders Alan Sportartikal

Thanks

Steve

PoweriZers and Fly Jumpers are made in the same factory in China.

Cheers

Okay, folks...  here's what I am going to do regarding licensed sellers vs. illegal sellers as far as listing dealers on the PowerBockResources.com website.  Because of all of this confusion, I am simply going to list any dealer who provides a business address, phone number, website for the consumer.  I will leave it to ALAN Sports to tell me who should be pulled off of my website because of illegal sales in certain counties under the Bock patent.  It is nice that most bockers want to support the patent owner, but this issue is now becoming too confusing for the consumer to determine who is authorized to sell and who is not.  And the consumer really shouldn't have to worry about that.

If any licensed dealers (those who are or think they are) out there wish to be listed on the PowerBockResources.com website, just e-mail me your information and I will post it for free on the website for all potential buyers (as well as the patent owner) to find.

I hope this helps the situation.
