Just some clips from last years trampoline and acrobatics.
I have improved a little since then though, I have learned a few more tricks on the trampoline. Back twists, more combo's and front 540.

Think I might start doing some double backs again too, I did that easily like 3 years ago. Tongue

I used to be a gymnast, but that was way back when I was a kid to be honest.
Most of what I know now is self-taught.
I actually had a pretty big period where I did no acrobatics at all, then one nice summer came, I got drunk and was in a really good mood.
And then I came up with the brilliant idea of doing flips again, strangely enough I pulled about everything I once knew right away and felt really extatic about it. Tongue

But that backflip right there was the first time I tried it without a tuck, a combination of as much speed as possible and jumping power makes it easy. ^^

Thanks alot for the feedback! <3
Can't wait until I get some more skills on the bocks aswell, I have gained alot more confidence on them now and the cuffs was a pretty sick upgrade, felt alot safer on them.

I'm still waiting for them to send the block to fasten the cuffs well enough though.
About the standard plastic block not being able to hold the cuffs, I can confirm this.
After bocking for a while they just slide out of place kinda.

Been doing some 360 grabs and stuff lately, maybe it's time to try the flip when I get the cuffs in place.

The problem is though, I can't do it on the grass cause that's slippery, and I don't want to go doing it on asphalt for the first time, so I'm going to have to find a nice solution there.

Redeemed, i heard a good way to practise is too buy a king size air bed and first get the feel of what it is like landing on it then try for a flip. Make sure there is someone with you though who can move the air bed under you if you go slightly wrong. I might try this soon, once i get the hang of doing flips on trampolines first though lol
