I must say, Swebounce can't do a lot and youtube will ignore them almost for sure if they will tell them about that.
An anti Semitic video has posted by an anti Semitic guy against Jews and the Israeli government asked youtube to remove the video and they haven't done that yet...
They react very slowly for this kind of asks.. They have millions of videos there...

they're not breaking copyright, being anti-anything is protected by free speech, breaking copyright is not protected and against the law, so if swebounce files a copyright violation against youtube for hosting the material, they'll take it down

Bad behavior form them. I've commend the film now, but im the only one that has at this moment. That prolly means that they remove everything they don't like.

Yeah I commented on it yesterday with the PoweriserPages account- but it clearly has gone by now. At least currently there is one from Extremflo:

If you READ the post, you'll see it's because they have stolen Swebounce's videos and hard work to sell their stilts.

Yes,
there are parts of that video as well on powerjumperz. But even if I don't like such crap selling companys, they did not change anything at the videos and they do disclaim, that the stilts of the videos are not theirs. I still think it is not fairplay to sell such crap, but concerning the use of foreign video materials, at least they seems to handle this somehow in a fair way. It's not and in no way to compare with the (ab)use(ing) that Skypirates made out of foreign video material.

Totally agree with all that has been posted.

This is  also a cultural divide, for a very long time China has reverse engineered product ideas from the technologically advanced western nations. She has done this because the chinese system has not been ideologically capable nor fiscally able to fund new product development.

Because this way of taking others ideas and copying them is so ingrained in the culture and has also been very profitable I unfortunately can see no qucik fix. There are no penalties that are worthwhile that would change the mind set. You only have to look at the copies of CD`s DVD`s etc that originally were made in China to see this. The same goes for clothes.

And cars! They have copies of everything built in Europe including Mercedes sports and Ferraris. That said, they are now training their designers in European design academies and have at last begun to produce their own hi-tech designs. Some of these are really beautiful!
