Most of the other stuff is the usual but great to see you guys progressing. Back to front needs to be made into back to barani to front, then i'll be impressed Wink

@sprog, so far i didnt think about doing something like that.. did a front, barani, back the other day, but back barani front sounds tricky... i'll have a go on it, next time in the gym i guess Smiley
