cheers bro!

all up ..its under $1000nz for me to make my custom onez...(cheaper than powerskips, velocity stilts!! and about the same as me to import 7leagues)

they will have tha powerskip spring (e640) ..marine grade alloy frame (tubular and square)..fully custom hoof (maybe worth a patent on this one..maybe i'll share lol..well see.. ..carbon fibre footplate and pretty bit on cuff..(not gay lookin upwing style thing lol) .. bindings are going to be slightly modified 1.5 tonne ratchets(lighter)..and then the rest...

Ive got the frame made.. ive got the springs.. im designing the footplate..n the hoof is being made now..n titanium is such a beautiful thing is all i'll say about the bolts.. only drawback of my custom onez is they will need a lot of matenience (graphite powder lubrication).. but I think that will be worth it for something special that I fully trust! (and hopefully 3 of my mates trust!lol)

so whats $1000nz..about $500euros!!

materials (except spring!) and engineers help/time are very cheap if not free for me..(I work with engineers)

I'll make a thread/pics and a vid with everything finished in the next week or so so you guys can see what im doin (just 4 me and mates..not for sale!!) ..im very happy to show how I did it if your keen!!! (except maybe the hoof!) ..well not so much the hoof..just found something that could be patented!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .. not for bocks.. but for car tires.. such a huge market! n yeh .. no clues lol...

ciao! Grin

Patent it anyway.  Then release it to non-profit use.  That way you ensure you maintain control and you won't see 'Lotus releasing cheap knock-offs for rip-off prices Smiley  Plus, if they're that good, you could always sell the idea to PowerSkips or something.  Better to have the option than not!

Well, now that i look at the final product and when you bock with them
THEY LOOK LIKE BOCKS FOR KIDS!!!  but in enlarged vesrion. Cheesy
You are great i must say, you did a very good job there, you must check if the change is strong enogh (all the screws...), you dont want it to fall a part when you are fliping or something...

It hasn't been replied to since October 2007, that would be why. I would imagine he either gave up or it's finished now Tongue
