The Smallest Adult Bocker LKP

I am new to Bocking myself I am in the very low end of my new PR 5070 (110-154 Pound) class I weigh just about 94 pounds and I am 5 foot 4 inches tall but I can bounce fine and learning balance and also to walk without any problem so far.
Can you Bottom your Bocks out easy or with little effort if so according to the info I seen so far if you are on the high end of the max spring weight then Yes get the next higher size especially if you can hit the bottom with little effort.
I have a little advantage in my case I am  Inline Speed skater on (rollerblades) I skate on the Coated hard wood floors and my best speed so far has been at 16 Miles per hour which isn't bad for my class.
I fell in love immediately with the Bocks from the 1st steps I took when I got em!
Hope this helps some?

I have 7090's and I'm just under 70kg - yeah I know, lightweight. But I can bounce mine fine. As for going upto the next bracket, it'll start out stiff but soften up as you go.

Best solution would be to find someone with 7090's and try them out.

I would get the next weight class
it will only help you jump higher
I shattered a lower class spring
I was just above the weight class
not fun

I really thinks it is based on how much you bottom your springs out. I had two weight classes above my weight, and as soon as I started bottomoning them out, I got the next size up, and it helped tremednously. I am a big boy though, 190 lbs, so it might differ with heavier weights what with all the physics and such.

My advice would be to got up another size.

does the weight class of your springs go up by 10 or 20 ?
if 10 get two over
if 20 get one
hope that helps

the bock makers should tell the public this so they sell the right spring to the right person
or they want to sell more springs to make more $

The spring sizes are confusing. But, alot does depend on the 'style' of a bocker. With similar 'ability' Iknow people who are flippers  but 1 uses stiltsin his range  another 2 up!

Also, herein UK peoplecan progress very rapidly now iftheycan get inwith a group and a gym  and whilst 12 months ago itmight take6 months for some1 to progress andadvance to the stage they bottom out. Now it can take that number of weeks

I think they sell soft springs in order to prevent lawsuits like "This thing catapulted me to completely irrational and unsafe heights, so I landed on my head".  I know they have the warnings and the waiver sticker, but a well-paid lawyer can get money out of almost anything.  Springs that are weak for extreme jumping are also comfortable for running, so there may be some sort of company misconceptions on what the users want.  It's probably a combination of the two.  Plus what zerocool said, they probably make more money selling soft springs because skilled users will buy stronger pair before their old ones wear out.

you may be giving credit

You forgot a very critical adjective there.  Is it "more" or "less"?  Or something entirely different?  I'm really not sure what you're trying to say...
