Memorial Day weekend is coming up 3 day weekend, and the first waterfire of the seaoson is in providence that weekend so i figured we should go to waterfire saturday night and then head into boston on sunday.

May 24th Head into Providence in the early evening, bock till everyone has to go home, last trains back to boston leave at 10ish, I usually leave around then.

May 25th Hit boston around noon, cause we'll all want to sleep in, do our normal route of the common, govt center, and down to the basin, which as you will see from today's boston meet video is bocking heaven.

Memorial Day is a day of remembrance to all of the service men and women who have lost their lives fighting for The United States of America and the principles it represents.

ok here's some details for the guys coming down from boston to providence.  I kinda want to head into the city early cause if we're just there for the waterfire, there will be people on most of the things to jump on, so we'll just have flat ground, but big crowds.  So here's the afternoon's train schedule.

from South Station (Boston) to Providence
departing: 01:05   02:25        04:45   06:45
arriving:    02:12      03:30   05:50      07:50

Let me know when you guys want to come down, i'd say 330 is prolly good, 550 is the one to shoot for if you want to just come for the watefire.  The train station is really close to where we're gonna be bocking so whenever you want to show up we can get there.

the last trains out of prov are at 08:52 and 10:00 and get back to south station at 10:03 and 11:08 respectively so keep that in mind for plans to get home.

As for Sunday in Boston, i figure we'll decided on a time based on how tired we are after saturday, but SignalPAD is gonna check the fountain later this week to confirm that the water is still off and we'll figure out what we want to do based on the result of his check

I will be taking the 2.25PM train as well, but I will be getting on at Ruggles, as it is right on my university's campus. I think I will take the 10.00PM train back as well.

Hold until Saturday morning for fountain water status.

k we'll make sure to be at the train station around 330, there's some good stuff to jump on right out side it, so you should see us when you come out, if you don't walk around the building we'll be on the other side.  We'll prolly take off the bocks and go into the mall for dinner at some point and then come back out and keep bocking.  Try not to bring anything you're not gonna want to carry around, but we can stash stuff in my car if we must.

got back a little while ago from bocking providence, we stopped by my friend's house with a trampoline on the way home to do some flipping, cause after 7 hours of bocking we weren't tired enough.  Had a great time.  We'll be meeting again tomorrow at 2 on the boston common.

Following our meet in Providence. We reassembled, plus one, in Boston for another day of bocking. Here's a rundown of the crew:

1) Ace

2) Dominion

3) XS

4) Zan

The day's activities included

Altitude

Split Kicks

Grabs

Stalls

and Vaulting

All of the photos (that's right all 2.1GB) from the event are available in full resolution online in the following Flickr Set. Thanks to everyone who went. It was fun and I can't wait until next time.

Cheers,
Derek
