I don't know the laws in Austria, Martin, but such an excuse would not work in U.S. courts. If the seller tells the buyer that the springs have a warranty and then does not deliver on that warranty, a court would rule against them.
I have the three e-mails saying that the springs are under warranty
they also told me that one of the people that said it was covered was fired
I have sent them the proof and if they look up there own e-mails they will see that thay
did state the springs are under warranty
my laywer told me that the company is out of country and our laws don't cover
It looks like I am screwed
just tell everyone not to buy from them
they f*king suck
I hope the company burns down
We have similar laws in Austria. I was not talking about the legal situation (where it is obvious that the springs fall under warranty). I was just speculating about the reluctance of the seller to replace the springs (which might tell us something either about the seller or the producer).
By the way, this site still uses stolen images, I'd say very trustworthy.

@zerocool
do you have a written confirmation about the warranty promise or did all happen per phone? However this site seems to be operated from abroad, so it might be difficult to grasp them. AND I do not think they have the permission to sell to a patent protected country, the next break of a law. (Everyone is welcome to correct me if my speculations are wrong, I do not want to create flase rumors).
