Very Nice. I think that your next steps should eather be: 1:kanga jumping those 2:finding and jumping more stairs 3:kanga jump hight training 4:spring grab
For regular jumping, to get more hight, you have to kind of go into a kneeling position in the air, then right before you are going to hit the ground, straghten out and kind of stomp.

I dunno if its really a big deal. I mean, ever since i hurt my back a while ago, like before our boston meet, im still feeling it. ive actually gotten quite used to it. and dont worry, ive been to the docter, they took xrays and everything, there was nothing. Ive been out on my bocks several times, ive carryed my heavy bookbag to school, ive carryed out my normal life, it seems fine, nothing more than a dull pain, and if its anything more, then one or two pain killers and im good to go.

Very nice man. I knew you would get them super quick. Good thing i suggested you video tape it. Now all we have to do is figure out a way to secure the matress so you can keep practicing. The only way I've thought up it get a big peice of wood, rough it up so that the matress cant slide on it and then jump on that.

Yeah my father has one of those but he wouldnt let me try to flip onto it(for good reason, it was his couch) but it looks like the best common thing to flip on if you cant get a gym or crash mats

I was just suggesting why he couldn't. Myself, to get to meets and cross country trips, i work around the house for months and i end up having a good enough amount.

Its only enough if you think its enough, its your body dude. Personally I would take 2, just incase of a breakage and just for moral support. If you try anything Pen, be sure to video tape it, never know, you may land your first flip.
