The PoweriZer company caught on to the fact that the velcro strap wasn't really enough so they started including some 1 inch wide cloth straps they're prolly about 3ft long.  basicly any type of strapping does the job nicely, i'd reccomend something at least 3.5ft in lenght, 3ft is a little short, was hard to get a good knot.  You could also check out the thread Knee support mod in the knowlege section for another idea.

I cleared the cache and its still being weird, its not quite the same problem as sprog, i have a wide screen monitor and it looks like the page is set to display at 1024x768 cause the white section with post stops about 2/3 of the way onto the screen, any ideas matt?  it didn't to this before this morning.
