They are tons of fun, I don't think they'd really be useful as transportation though, because once you get to where ever you are going you have to carry them around until you leave, they get heavy when they're not strapped to your legs, and your english is fine, no need to keep apologising for it.

Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Re: Plain & Simple

I love my PoweriZers, I get plunty of bounce, and as long as you choose the right model for your weight you'll be able to get close to 6ft, i get about 4, and that's plunty for me, if you choose a model above your weight you should be able to get closer, i'm at the bottom of the weight range for mine. As for their construction, i've had mine for 7months now, they're holding up fine, and i definately don't go easy on them. i'll prolly be upgrading them some time this summer, but i reccomend that new people get them to start because they're cheap, but still last a year+ and after you wear them out if you absolutely love the sport(you prolly will) upgrade to 7's(they'll be available by then) or even skips.

First off, welcome, good to see the US contingent of bockers growing.
If your willing to wait till the summer then yes 7's should be available by then, if your like me, your not willing to wait that long, then i'd suggest going for what i think is the best rated US dealer xtremeimportz.com, same price as the 2 you linked, but they have a reputation for great cutomer service, i've dealt with them myself, good people.

Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Re: HOW SHORT ARE YOU???

This guy had to mod his because he was too short, he said he's 5'2" or 5'3", so that's prolly the min height, but it all depends on how long your lower legs are, there have been several people that have posted the measurements of how far the kneebar goes down to get a min leg lenght, but i don't remember what that number is.
