well you're 63kg so m70 is what your right for, but we always recomend going one wieght bracket up, so M80 is prolly what you wanna do, as the only think currently available in the US is PoweriZers. If you wait a little while you could get PoweriSers for about the same price, prolly wanna get the 70-90's, they might be stiffer, but might give you better hieght in the long run

Nice flips tripp, very impressive, i take it you have some previous flipping training? you added the same video twice so i removed one for you so people don't download both thinking they're different.
athoul mp4 is quicktime, but if you add them to youtube it'll allow embeding and the thumnail in the top of the thread and the sidebar will work

Powerising / Modifying Powerisers / Re: skip springs on powerisers?

there is no tutorial on how to do it, if that's what you're looking for, there are some old post saying it can be done, ask martin for instructions is you're best bet, but he said there's no drilling or compilcated things, just unbolt one spring and bolt on the new one.

back problems are serious so if this persists go to a doc. If not, its prolly an extreme case of bockers back, sore back from getting used to bocks.

this is a common problem, the best way around it, is to get some kneepads that go all the way around your knee, it protects your skin from abrasion and i find they are more comfortable.
