they're not inventing new ones pjb, skips are still better than all the other stilts, that's why they're evolving, if there wasn't anything better, the other brands would not have a reason to evolve. I've asked Mr boeck if there were any new designs on the way and he said no. Skips are still the best stilt out there, swebounce and hemoves have said they've only replaced frames once in their careers, springs are a different story, but they push them more than most of us ever will.

the posibilities of what you can do are endless, i just did my first vault yesterday and its opened my eyes to a new aspect of bocking that i'd never even though of. Bocking is slightly more dificlut to adapt to different terrain than parkour cause the feet only work on certian surfaces, our feet tend to work on a lot more varied terrain. So if you've got some good parkour spots that have good solid ground, then your good to go for a sweet bocking session.

i'm about 90kgs i've got m100's and after 9 months or so i find i'm getting the most out of them that i can and its only about 4 ft, so go for the 90120's if you getting powerisers, m110s or 120s if your gettting projump/powerizer/flyjumper etc.

just got back, was a blast, bocking in groups is much more fun. We only got kicked out of one spot, brand new building, don't think its even open yet but it had some sweet steps and i pulled my first vault over the railing there. Got booted before we could get it on video, but i'll be back for it. we pulled a Rocky running up the steps of the state house, it was funny. we took some video of us jumping around there, kaz is gonna send me the link when he gets it posted and i'll put it here. Then we bocked around on and island in the middle of a busy street got plunty of attention from all the passing cars. Then kaz had to go, i bocked around for a little while longer, i know a guy who works in the oldest indoor mall in the US so i figured id see how it could stand up to bocks. then just bounced around for a little while, and headed home. great day.

Powerising / Modifying Powerisers / Re: tyre socks wearing down rate

is it possible yo put the left hoof on the right riser and visa versa so that they will wear on the other side that may make the hoof last much longer 1.75x as lon if you work it out mathmaticly
well there's no way to do it mathematically without measuring the wear on the hoof and figuring out the difference in wear between the sides, i don't think the difference is significant enough to get that much extra life but maybe 1.25x at best, sock are still a better idea

this is slightly off topic but i wanted to ask had anyone else who isn't using socks noticed the wear patter of their hoves, i was looking at mine yesterday and the outside edge of the hoof appears to be wearing faster than the inside, I would have guessed the opposite of this would happen because you take wider steps that may cause your legs to be angled like this /\ more than like \/ that. anybody else noticed this?

kind of short notice and i don't think there's anyone else around here anyway, but in case a bocker in rhode island shows up here in the next 12 hours, me and kazmaniac66 are meeting up at waterplace park at 2pm tomorrow, march 14th. If not we should have some cool pics and maybe a video if i can get my camera working.
