You're not saying that the Damien Walters vid was Parkour are you?
Just checking, because it isn't. There was a tiny bit of free-running.

I was under the impression that Parkour and free-running were two names for the same thing. What is the difference?

Parkour is about fluidity and efficiency of movement getting from A to B, free-running is about tricks and cool moves while getting from A to B

no the aptly named "russian rocket boots" have no relation to bocks.  Though I saw a link on here not to long ago that they are trying to actually market them.  Don't know who would buy them when they could get bocks for much less money and less risk of exploding legs.

you seem to keep missing the, "when you don't wear your pads, you're gonna fall" thing, so put on your pads if you're doing anything more than walking, and at the rate your going, might as well wear them for walking too.

yup, looks like the stock cover was stretched tight and got a little nick and ripped.  Just tape it up and it'll be fine.
