Great to hear your coming kender, I was on the subway in boston with my bocks on sunday, i just put on my pads so i didn't have to carry them and carried my bocks, no problems.  We don't want to take anything extra with us into the city, we'd end up having to carry stuff around when we find new spots. 

Another bit of organizational stuff, Map quest tells me my drive is 7 hours, my dad says plan for 10 with stops for food and such, so I should arrive at the hotel at around 6pm. I don't know when everyone else is planning to arrive, but I figure we'll all be there by 8ish so if everyone meets in the lobby between 8 and 9 we can all get introduced and hang out for the evening.  I'll wear my capital bocking shirt so i'll be easy to spot.

they're both good stilts, i'd say go for which ever is cheaper.

they got using swebounce's vids half right, they credited them which is a big thing and a lot of people that rip vids off youtube don't do, bu they don't say "hey these guys aren't using our stilts"  which is important, they're mis-representing their products which is bad.  I've emailed them saying they don't have permission to copy things off this site, we give everyone access to our content for free but we don't give them rights to our content, also if you read their header to the dictionary, it makes it sound like they compiled it from user submissions, not they copied it from us.

its not the name that's infringing it's the design, that's why poweriser and poweriZer still have to pay royalties even though they're not called powerskips, they're the same thing, the patent covers the design a trademark covers the name, if you called them poweriser then you'd have to pay the koreans to use the name and mr boeck to use the design.

just don't try to sell them, it'd still technically be patent infringement

there is another sketchy chinese brand on par with skyrunners called moon shoes, haven't heard anything of them in a while though.

They also just copied a whole bunch of stuff from this site, and pics and vids from swebounce.  COME UP WITH YOUR OWN MATERIAL, its not that hard. I'll be emailing them shortly to sort that out.

yes, all the springs on all models except the new Upwing are interchangeable

I met up with zan in boston today, bounced around for a few hours, didn't film much, so i added some other stuff i filmed last week to make it longer.  Finally did a helmet cam and normal cam shot side by side looks cool.

doubt any one knows the exact material, and the manufacturers are unlikely to talk.  I'm also guessing you mean PoweriZer pro's as i don't think the original ones had plastic bushings just brass
