bocking will strengthen it, just takes time. The reason there is weakness is cause there are so few exercises that exercise your body in the same way bocking does.

Dominion is definitely IN!
I just booked my flights from the 13th to the 20th of August. I'll have my passport in a few days. Only thing i can think of that might be a problem is that i land 2.5 hours AFTER nick, and I leave 40 minutes prior to him on the return flight.
NICK, if you see this prior to getting my voicemail, please call me.
about time I was inquiring about what would happen if it was raining all weekend?
we get wet

i think that site actually is a legit dealer, just a dumb one. Even if they're legit, if they're not responding to your emails, they don't deserve your business. I think they were linked from xphub's dealer's page before their site was redone.

Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Re: 7 Leagues Type R vs Type X

i'm about 92kg and have used X's. They'd be right for a beginner of your weight, anything weaker would be too soft. I think the X's are too soft for me, but they'd be fine for a beginner, I've spent 2 years getting my technique right. Only problem is when you get to the point I'm at the only available option is deal with bottoming out all the time or loose weight.

these post are more than a year old, I'd click on their profiles and send Email's/PM's to them to find out if they're still bocking and if they want to meet up.
