i don't know exactly but it seems like there's just a bolt though the bottom of the shoe into the frame

it's really just practice, i've done sports that leave me hanging in the air for a while so i took to jumping very quckly, but when i started roller blading 8 years ago it wasn't pretty, you just need practice to get your self awareness of where you are in the air.

In fact I think it is the spring and almost only the spring, that makes the Powerskips that special.

i disagree that the spring is the only thing that makes skips better, swebounce went 5.5 years without a frame replacement, there's no way any other frame could take the kind of abuse those guys give their stilts and last that long.  The springs sound great, and there's a reason why they cost about as much as a pair of cheaper stilts, but the frame shouldn't be looked at as optional for the ultimate bock
