well at 111kg you're not gonna get great bounce out of any spring. The retailers claim that they're good up to 120, to get a little air yeah you can, but once you learn how to compress the springs, you'll bottom out anything available on the market in a few bounces. As for the FL's, they were my first pair, they're a good beginner pair, and if you properly maintain them they'll last quite a while. Take them apart about once a month, clean them up, check out the wear on the bushings (replace if necessary), lubricate them and put them back together.
