drill a hole in the tire, put some big washers on bolts through the hole from the bottom, then put them through the holes in the feet and washers and nuts.  that should do

well at 111kg you're not gonna get great bounce out of any spring.  The retailers claim that they're good up to 120, to get a little air yeah you can, but once you learn how to compress the springs, you'll bottom out anything available on the market in a few bounces.  As for the FL's, they were my first pair, they're a good beginner pair, and if you properly maintain them they'll last quite a while.  Take them apart about once a month, clean them up, check out the wear on the bushings (replace if necessary), lubricate them and put them back together.

ah right, so then the uk ones better than the rest, as 7s are allowed to ship to the us now

that's cause 7's have a different patent royalty agreement, they prolly all pay the same royalty and can sell to anywhere.

wait, the US isn't protected by the patent?

It is, but most of the royalty agreements are country specific.  They can sell to only the patented country that they are in and any unpatented country.

Most US sellers can't sell to germany as its protected by the boecks patent, also the difference between the euro and dollar will be negated by transatlantic shipping.

176  Purchasing Powerisers / Where to Buy / Re: Where i can buy the Powerstrider with calf cuff ? on: October 09, 2008, 09:06:50 PM
says nothing about upgraded bushings, and we haven't heard anything about them from any other FL dealer, so i doubt it.

also doesn't have a spare parts page, but email them and you might be able to get their cuffs.  You'll be stuck with plastic blocks though.

here's the thing with the bolt through the spring, the design has existed for over a year now, does anybody know about any failures due to that specific part of the design, I don't.
