I finally got a gym session last saturday and I had a hell of a time trying to do a front flip. The bocks are so heavy it was really hard to get a fast enough rotation. If I did get a fast rotation I would lose alot of height. I'll be watching this video over and over again so next weekend when I go I'll be more ready.
Excellent, a really good way to see how your doing is to film yourself and then compare it with my one to see what is different! And then upload it on here so we can all see how you could improve! Good luck!
The 1 thing i had an issue with on this one.. i think your text was too fast going at some points... other than that.. a really good tutorial. Thanks again
Yeh I have just noticed it now you have said. Someone who watched the previous tutorials said they just paused it every time the text came up, which I think I do as well so maybe this is the best way to do it!
