Best thing to do is film yourself attempting a new trick or bouncing or whatever and then compare it to another video and see what you might be doing wrong or what you think you are doing right and the concentrate on doing those things better.

Have a look on www.trickstutorials.com there is an excellent back flip tutorial on there for the ground. If you learn that, then it will be easy to apply to your bocks.
