They have nothing to do with either Pro Jump or Poweriser. They have there own factory in Asia but are engineered in Austria. 2 Sellers in the UK

Very nice marketing by Fly Jumper, this type of exposure will create more interest for the sport. It does not matter what type of Bocks Kadir was wearing he made some nice moves and it looked great on the TV. Wink

Note to Bmthbloke - Remember "Get down Shep"  Grin

My digi camera is on the blink. For the sake of proof can someone else who owns 7's take some close ups of the frames foot / spring and prove to Chronic once and for all there not the same Powerizer components.  Grin

It is good that manufacturers are looking to improve and gain advantages in the design and performance of there products. I think that as a supplier of the product Chronic you are aware of up and coming developments / improvements and it is always interesting to hear of these.

But I doubt the other manufacturers are standing still, I would be amazed if the other manufacturers also havn't got significant improvements planned or already in progress. Look at the new improvements on the PoweriSer with cuffs, bindings, bearings. I doubt the Austrian 7's designers are sitting on there hands waiting for it all to happen.LOL Cheesy

We will have to see but it could be an exciting time for developments in the sport.

Chronic you seem to have the latest products available, can you say why you have them and in the UK none of the UK suppliers of this product seem to have them yet. Have you got the lead on these new products. Shocked
339  Powerising / Videos / Re: Cardiff Bay Video on: March 06, 2007, 10:29:20 PM
I think the ideal body weight for TRex is about 75 - 85 KG, if your below 75KG your gonna have to work very hard to activate the springs. If your 55 - 65 KG then go with Raptors - heavy springs don't = great height if your under the weight unless you are very, very strong. Wink Was strongly advised of this by RTX sport and 7Mielenstiefel

342  Powerising / Problems / Re: weight on: March 05, 2007, 08:33:03 PM
I hate to be an exception to the rule but my weight is 87KG and I get very good jumps with T Rex boots, big kicks high split jumps etc 4 1/2ft regular height easily good enough for back flips etc. Wink
343  Purchasing Powerisers / Where to Buy / Re: Where to buy USA on: March 05, 2007, 09:33:26 AM
Its good the original PoweriSer will be available to the USA and hopefully 7's as well soon. You guys can do all the comparisons for yourselves. Wink

I don't think everyoes gonna want the moving foot plate, we will have to see.

345  Powerising / Modifying Powerisers / Re: powerisers not as good as we think? on: March 02, 2007, 10:17:15 AM
My friend has now aquired a pair of skips and I hope to add a pair to my collection later this year. I think Zakis has a pair of skips on this forum and I have to say the differance in quality from the Chinese PoweriZer to skips is great. I've only had a short try out on them and I was very impressed with the spring pefromance and I even liked the yellow binding system although it takes some extra time to put on.

Again smoother frames, better spring with decent spring protection nicer fittings and fixings..The list goes on. I hope someone else can back this up and this isn't intended as a dig at PoweriZer but in my opinion there is no comparison between the two.
