17  Purchasing Powerisers / Where to Buy / Re: A Bit of Advice on: June 17, 2008, 05:20:53 AM
Ive noticed that practically none of the main people here have the riZers so I think I will go for the riSers, ive just got to try and get them to bump their price down a bit. Ill let you know what they reply with...

Interesting observation, but to add to it, a lot of us started on them, and due to our love of the sport have wore them out and moved on to better stilts, but start on the good stuff if you've got the money.
I started on powerisers actually I just got them about a month and a half ago. Nothing has really been bad about them except the once in awhile squeaking. Anyways if you have the money I would say go for the poweriSers. If you dont have money to spare you might want to get poweriZers from a different sight and see if you even like the sport. I love bocking and I hope I can get more people living by me to start.
18  Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Re: Powerstriders on: June 15, 2008, 05:12:18 AM
Something I also noticed is that these "Powerstriders" cost more then the poweriser classics. I also figured that they are chinease because they are m60,m70, and so on. The korean ones are something like PR5090.
19  Purchasing Powerisers / Where to Buy / Hey guys just asking on: June 15, 2008, 05:01:43 AM
Ok so I've been helping some friends learn how to bock. So far I have taught 6 people. One says he wants to buy some, the place I bought from was www.coolthingstoride.com and they were $280, now for somereason when I type in web address it goes to some like www.xtremestilts.com and they cost $324. They are the same people but does anyone know what happened?
20  Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Re: Which really is the Best Stilts you can buy??? ~Discussion~ on: June 15, 2008, 04:55:06 AM
Out of all of those the best ones are probably the Powerisers because they are good quality.
21  Everything Else / General Talk / Yay good weather on: May 22, 2008, 02:22:56 AM
So the weather is nice now and it isn't to hot and not bad rain or anything. We are  cutting the grass so that is good. Anyways I should be able to start bocking more. The weather is weird were I live so it could be 100 degrees tommorow lol. Well it is windy right now so I cant really bock, well it actually looks like the tree is about the fall over because of the wind. Well Im back and hopefully I will be able to tell some stories.
22  Powerising / Problems / Re: Squeaky squeaky squeak on: May 22, 2008, 02:19:27 AM
That has happened to my right stilt. It would squek when I stepped on it and it bugged me a lot. But it stopped after I kept jumping on it for a few days.
23  Powerising / Problems / Re: I don't want to be a bock, I want to be a mouse! on: May 22, 2008, 02:17:08 AM

24  Powerising / Problems / Re: What is up Im not sure on: May 04, 2008, 04:11:15 AM
I just got them and Havnt been on them that much lately cause of weather so nothing should have worn down.
25  Powerising / Problems / What is up Im not sure on: May 02, 2008, 11:13:50 PM
So for alittle while now when I get on my bocks it feels like one of them has something loose. It feels more like down by the foot plate. I have tightened stuff down there but it still feels like they are loose and its driving me crazy. Anyone have any ideas?
26  Powerising / Injuries / Re: Its most likely not bockers back. on: April 23, 2008, 09:57:59 PM
Well it is almost better but in a few days or so I might see about going to the Chiropractor if isn't better. Im hoping I wont have to but for now its just taking it easy.
27  Powerising / Injuries / Its most likely not bockers back. on: April 23, 2008, 05:36:25 AM
Well when I first got bocks I fell down and back started to hurt. First thought it was bockers back. I dont think so Its been a week and 2 days and it still hurts. I havnt been on my bocks for awhile and also the weather has been bad so I have no luck right now.
28  Everything Else / General Talk / Re: "Do a backflip!" on: April 17, 2008, 11:37:40 PM
Gah, if I tried that they'd run off with my stilts Sad
Still, they're probs too heavy to run tooooooo far with Tongue
Lol if you actually gave someone your stilts they wouldn't even be able to get up, let alone walking. I think it would be pretty hilarious
29  Powerising / Injuries / Re: :( I slept funny, and now i have a pinched nerve :( on: April 17, 2008, 01:36:55 AM
I know what it is like to have a pinched nerve I had a pinched nerve right next to my rib about 2 years ago it hurt really bad. I had to lay down mostly and not be to active for like 3 weeks! Ya well that was because of westling in P.E.  and some kid threw me on accident. Stupid thing right now is that when i got my bocks about monday I fell and hurt my back a little it isnt to bad and its healing but it does hurt somwhat when I jump so im taking it easy on my powerisers I just take some showers, use massager, but I havnt taken any painkillers yet so thats good.
30  Powerising / Learning Tips / Re: I got them! on: April 15, 2008, 02:53:53 AM
So just leave me some comments, mostly I need to know if that is good height for bar, if those are good bindings for now, and if those are the updated bushings.
