Really nice video, cool to see that you are working hard to get better. I could see a lot of progress there, you seem to have all your tricks very solid. Great work.
(I performed to that music last week in front of 20 000 people)

Typo corrected. Very nice tutorial, the more the better! Picked up on a typo you might want to correct: Step 3
Now we have initiated a rotation but we need to increase it. The easiest way of doing it is to do a tuck. That means to bend your legs and grab your knees. Try to think of it as bringing your knees towards your torso and grabbing your knees. Not bending your torso down towards your knees. At this point you should still not look for the ground. If you do your back will arch and you you’re your rotation.

But for the unspeaking Swedish, i am really want to know what the judges said there... and i have another question; what do you think that you could do in the final that you didn't do in the semi? this is the very hard think to renew after all this beutifful show no?
We would have gone with the ring that I do because after that performance there is nothing we can do to make it look spectacular enough to make them see the difference.

Well, almost all the circus acts went out in the first program, only three I think went on to the semifinal. and non of us got to the final. In the final there was singers and dancers and a girl with a puppet. I think did good with what we had to show but we are just not comersial enough. I think that if you can't picture yourself doing it then it's hard to imagen how hard it is. I'm not bitter about getting the three red, it's fine. I get my confidence from lot's of different places, like this one for example. Our strategy was to do quite simple tricks in the first show and then in the second one do the difficult things. But non of the judges noticed anything, I guess it wasn't enough changed for them to understand.

All these "talent shows" are a bit risky to do because the judges are there to humiliate people. Micke and I felt terrible after doing the show on BBC, you really start to ask yourself what your doing when you get told that you are crap on TV. We recently did the exact same show in Sweden but we where really careful after the BBC incident. Between us and our friends we presented about 10 acts and told them if they have a go on any one of us we pull all our acts out of the competition. We where then treated with a bit of decadency. We got to the semi but went out there. At least since then we have got a few job offers from being on the show. But I'm not sure if it's worth being on these shows because of the 5 minutes of fame and humiliation. I'm sure we will see a lot from B Bounce without this "talant shows".

When I want to jump over something high I do a "Back scratcher". That way I get my feet higher. Maybe that wont work for everyone but it might be worth a try.

I think this video is very inspiring and I'm sure loot's of people now wonder, how high can I jump. I think that competition is healthy as long as you keep it friendly. When you compete it should push your limits and make you want to perform better than last time. In our team we always compete and that's one of the reasons why we have reached the level we have today. I say way to go Locky, I'm impressed. Already looking forward to see you jump even higher.

jump up to 3 metres? ive never seen anyone go that high!!
3 metres is fairly routine for brucie, Zeb and some of the guys, we did have a great time with the presenters they were quite funny, but i didn't know what they were saying half the time lol,but they seemed to enjoy it, i know Kiola enjoyed his hug. dont understand why they didnt show the flips over the presenters, they were very brave and they refused to wear protection complete nutters lol, it was good to meet Matt from the pages he's cool and joined in the performance, chears Matt, Reon loved it, so did Claire, Smurf, Zeb, Brucie, Kiola, and i wore my Kilt and went haggis hunting in my jacket that i like so much, don't know where they got my surname from though, it could be the Sweedish interpretation. Wow you guys must get much better bounce out of you projumps than I get from my powerskips. The highest thing I have jumped over is 2.35 meters. You could probable jump over a buss then:)

Well we did Mazda in November with the bocks so we couldn't do Ford with the same thing. That would make Mazda upset and sins we do 6 shows a day I would never do bocks and ring in the same show, it would kill me.
