I gave some classes a while ago for the circus school here in Stockholm and also taken lots of classes myself one to one with a trampoline coach. What I find is that control and force is the most important thing to know. If I was to take a class now it would be to try to find something that hasn't been done yet. Something creative like the kip up or something to do with handstands or something.

Every airline has different opinions about what is sports equipment so if you have an extra bag for it, call ahead and ask. I use a ice hocky bag with wheels, much better than a strap to carry them. You don't need a hard case, at least for my powerskips. They take about 40-50 planes a year and they haven't been damaged yet from it.

Hope you get better soon. I'm actually surprised that we don't have more accidents than we do. The knees are a bit the fragile spot of powerbocking. I wish you all the best with your rehab.
Good luck Mattias

Looking very good for teaching yourself. Very cleaver of you to use a crash matt. I wouldn't advice someone to learn the way you did because it's a bit risky and not the fastest way of learning but I'm very impressed about you actually learning it by yourself without a teacher. One tip I can give you is to try to not look over you shoulder as you flip, it makes the somersault a bit skew. But the again you are progressing all the way thou the video so you will probably find it by yourself soon.

Swebounce - thats cool. I have some photos of the 40,000 strong audience that I took for the Sunrise ceremony. And my sister said that performing for 40,000 was amazing, as she was on stage in the cast I met the King of Sweden last week and had to photograph him for The Scout Association, he seems a really nice guy, much more approachable than Prince William was. Im looking forward to coming to Sweden for the next World Scout Jamboree in 2011!! She beats me, the biggest crowd I have performed for is 32 000 people. It's a great feeling when the crowd is so big and the scouts seems to be a very good audience as far as I know. Our king is really cool, he just travel around doing fun stuff and since he's such a nice guy he manages to do good commercials for sweden. Never performed for him but I have performed for the queen and the two princesses. Maybe I will see you in the swedish camp in a couple of years. But hopefully we will meet somewhere else before that to have a bounce.

we had a scout camp here in sweden a few weeks ago. It was called jiingijamborii, there where only 20 000 people there but that's pretty big anyway. I was there for the opening ceremony doing a whole lot of bouncing at the same time as a guy was singing jump with Van Halen. I have never been in the scouts before and it made a big impression on me. There was a lot of hard working people making this thing happen. Performing for 20 000 people live is quite a feeling. I found one picture of the crowd but nothing of me on the stage.

I wasn't in the video, for ones. It's well annoying when people make money out of your hard work without even asking you.
