been bocking for about a week and a half.. as it said in the description, i can go higher now, that was a few days ago now, but i have had bocks for a year, but used them, probably about half an hour in that whole year, and so really been using them for the last week or two.
eh... just a little vid i made a few days ago.. please excuse my mates "whoa" he had never seen them before, and that jump wasn't that spectacular anyway..but i had a few jumps where i just got it wrong..

hm, whenever i try that technique (the standing up) the leg i use at the back comes apart a bit from the bock, and i dunno if it's just me, but it's impossible to get my leg even at a 110 degree angle! it might be i have my bock to high ion my leg, but i dunnno, it's just impossible to do it.
the cause was muscular distrophy, it was just a smallish thing, it took an hour, but i didn't have any water, and some chav almost tripped me up ... and yes, the photographer was for the papers..... c ya..
