jump up to 3 metres? ive never seen anyone go that high!!
3 metres is fairly routine for brucie, Zeb and some of the guys, we did have a great time with the presenters they were quite funny, but i didn't know what they were saying half the time lol,but they seemed to enjoy it, i know Kiola enjoyed his hug. dont understand why they didnt show the flips over the presenters, they were very brave and they refused to wear protection complete nutters lol, it was good to meet Matt from the pages he's cool and joined in the performance, chears Matt, Reon loved it, so did Claire, Smurf, Zeb, Brucie, Kiola, and i wore my Kilt and went haggis hunting in my jacket that i like so much, don't know where they got my surname from though, it could be the Sweedish interpretation.

at the end of the day its what ever you feel works best for you, not every one is the same, one of our rugby players has started using them and he bounces realy high and he bends his knees just before he lands then bangs realy hard into his heels, it works for him and he's comfortable with doing it that way, but he plays pro rugby and his legs are huge and very very strong, but that doesnt mean its the same for every one, i'd say looking at it it depends on your leg strength if you catch my drift, good luck with your style you look cool in your vid.

great flip well done, i agrea with Kiola on the knee straight advice, if you watch him he gets real hight without bending his knees, it wont take your boby higher but it makes you feel higher, Kiola has mastered the art of geting maximum hight first then bending his knees, the only way it helps you to gain hight on the next bounce is becous you feel confident after a full knee bend to put more pressure on your heals when you land, this is the first thing i teach people at the gym when they'r ready for jumps, but im sure this is nothing new to those of you who have been bocking for some time, if not try geting max hight with legs straight then take a deep breath and rise your knees to your chest, dont forget the deep breath then as you land releas your breath and let your heal do the rest of yes your legs will have to be straight when you land, and if you don't bottom out you'l get higher, but you do need to be confident on them before you can do it.

Hi all, just to remind you that most our team will arive about noon, ther will be plenty to do, plus rehersals, locating sports hall, etc, its up to you what time you want to arive, but if you want to have a good bock about before the flack starts be early, the area has hills with foot paths just to the rear of the stadium, we had a go today and its perfect, Locky is working realy hard to keep you all updated, so the less stress we give him the more fun he can have, he realy is a star,
you can also take a look at the athletic stadium which is built on to the site, this is were the Powerbocking Olimpics will be held this summer,
we hope to see you all very soon.

Hi Guys n Gals, wel its getin closer, im sorry i havnt been on much lately but weve been flat out and no rest in sight, it looks like everything is now in place, as locky has said ther is great news for the first PowerBocking Olimpics, and this will be finalised by thursday, iv been working hard with the Doncaster Laker who are hosting these events and the club Md Dave King is realy exited and looking forward to meeting you all,he is a great guy, the only thing i will ask is that we can all respect the fact that the Lakers are inviting us so it would be great if we can chear on the Lakers, the team strip is blue and gold if anyone wants to dress up,but only if you want to, also the sports hall, if it could be left clean and tidy it will be easy to have it again for the weekend of the Powerbock Olimpics, thats it for now, as alwsys Locky will keep you updated, we can't wait to see you you all, Happy Easter, from all the team.
ps here are some of us in a recent show

yea i gues your right, but il price it up anyway as i think it should be available to anyone who wants it, its daft all this royalty thing but i can understand in a way, its his invention, il also let you know about the safety thing when i get a price on it, then il tel you why i thought of it and what nearly happened to one of my freinds, i dont want to start a panic but its something that has to be changed in the very near future.

Hi and welcome, and WOW your getting velocity stilts, they cost a lot you must realy want to reach great hights at bocking, iv never had a go on them but iv heard a lot about them, the US special forces use them, and they are capable of great things as you can gues, charging into battle with those things on, iv heard that they can run up ice mountains and jump cliffs, but if i were you id listen to the other comments they know what they'r talking about, and if you have that kind of money maybe move up to velocity later on, anyway good luck and happy bocking.

il get a rough price from the factory near were i live and see what they say, but i think in reality it would need factory settings etc, so it would need someone to invest in a min order or something like that, but il ask, il also get a sample made to display, if it was to be manufactured i gues it would be realy cheap to buy and so easy to change, its just geting someone to make it, im suprised that the stilt designers havn't thought of it, iv also got another idea for a safety device which is so esential it could save a seriouse injury, im thinking of actualy designing a new stilt with all my ideas, if mr bock reads this what would i have to do to get it made or is it against the law, just a thought.

im not trying to hide it im trying to get it made properly this will need a sponsor to pay for the manufacturing, its an easy thing to change but it has to be set up in a factory etc, and i want it to be done properly, it shouldn't cost much to make but i don't have enough funds produce it, it will need to be prodced profenionaly for safety etc, its not something that you can make at home, but if it comes on the market it should be cheap quick and very easy to use.
