Yea they made me wear a Kilt, well it was in Scotland, and we met Matt from poweriser pages, he even performed with us he's a great guy,
   the film crew were nutts, and it was a grat time, should be on tv in 4 weeks i think,

Wow, were going to be on sweden Tv, iv spoke to them on the phone and they sound cool, i havn't mentioned to much about this yet as i didn't want to get everyones hopes up
as it wasnt confirmed, its a great treat for us to be chosen to be filmed by a swedish Tv company, the program will be shown not only in Sweden but iv been told it wil be on Sky Extreme Tv all over the World, now thats a WOW.

 were also looking forward to meeting the Bockers from Scotland, this will be a private affair with the filming etc, but we will be able to get you guys into the park to meet you and bock around and you may even find yourselves being filmed,

 This is a great opertunity to show the rest of the world that we have Extreme Bockers in the uk, as i think latley they havn't recognised us, so we will do our best to represent the uk and show what we can realy do.

 It does't stop there, fingers crossed il be posting some fantastic news realy soon, all i can say for now is were working flat out, its very hard for us at the mo,  were not getting much sleep with training etc and were traveling from one end of the uk to the other with little rest, i hope you'l understand when i hopefully can post it, should be next week,

i use a double edge elasticated velcro srapp, with a mould foam behind knee, this can be stiched in to strap or have belt loops made to thread strap thrugh, but i have it so it goes behind the knee brace around the front then the cross over and press tight,
    at the back of the knee bar i fold it under and back thrugh befor taking it around the front, this makes my knee realy packed tight and feels solid.

iv just had a thought !! what if a sponsor put in for a mini bus for locky to drive and maybe pick a few people up on the way, as long as ther is a little room for us on the bus ?, WHAT DO YOU THINK LOCKY,

keep going  you'v got it mate, as for the one handed press ups on bocks, iv done ten each arm but i can prob do more il have a count and let you know, its not a race and i only do it for fun,i have been known to show of and do it on 2 fingers, but at my age im just lucky to be able to do what i do, and iv no plans to slow down yet, God has been kind to me with young looks and super fit health what  a great add for bocks aswell,
  youv made me want to try a realy high dive to one hand press on bocks, il give it a go, just for a laugh.

wow, just got back from hospital, im ok, iv been puting it of for ages cos i don't want to be out of action, it does restrict me a little,but last night it just didn't feel right, but after tests the doc's say its not as bad as first thought, so iv put it of again, it will happen soon but wen im a little more organised for time out, sorry to disapoint you locky but i won't need them flowers now lol, but you can come and film the op if you want,
