Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Confusion over the whole Poweriser/PoweriZer/Flyjumper Stories
|
on: October 05, 2006, 08:16:14 AM

Guys, I've been looking round the internet and found about 3 different stories relating to Powerisers and Powerizers/Flyjumpers... These are the 3 impressions i've gained: 1) Poweriser are the original Korean Knockoffs, and Powerizer/Flyjumper are one chinese company, they are all basically the same product but made by different companies. 2) Powerizer is when Poweriser moved to china to reduce production costs. They changed their name so they can remarket them. Flyjumper then merged with this company. 3) Poweriser have now stopped trading, giving rise to the rumour about Powerizers being the same company.Which is correct? I'm just trying to clear this up here, as there seems to be a lot of mixed messages on the net and on this forum.

stray dogs. Has enybody delt with such??
I haven't had stray dogs... But people with dogs they can't control are really annoying, especially when the dog doesn't like the risers... Imaging running from a very big, out of control, barking alsatian, whose owner can hardly hold onto it's lead!

lol thanks for bringing this back up fury, I just realised this guy was asking us to take part in the Flyjumperstore.com advert! Cool!
But Hansi doesn't live in England, so there'd be no point talking to him, Plus this was posted in August and the person was needed within a week of the post.... Ah well...

It's Photoshop by Adobe... they're currently on version CS2 You can have a look at it here Or, alternatively, you can use Paint Shop Pro, by Jasc, which you can look at hereI personally prefer photoshop CS, I find it very quick and easy to use, and a lot more user friendly... I do quite a lot on it (not that much photochopping, but quite a bit of artwork, like this)

Purchasing Powerisers / Choosing the Right Model / Re: Powerskips, Whats the Deal?

I don't know if they're more bouncy or simply last longer. All the stuff you can do on Powerskips you can do on the other brands, powerskips are just designed for acrobats and those working in the entertainment industry. The difference is that powerskips are the original, all the others are designed/ripped off them

Projumps are cheaper knock-offs, that's all. They'll cost you less, but don't offer the performance that Powerskips do. Basically everyone on here has powerisers/powerizers/flyjumpers/projumps. They're all cheap knockoffs but still offer great quality and fun.
All that's different on the pro version is the moving footplate, and a fixed shoe binding, instead of the boot made from soft material that you do up with laces.
$230 for powerskips?! That's like... £120! I'd be interested in this source, where did you find it?
