I've handed in my holiday form (on saturday, they didnt say anything on sunday), i'm going to go in on wednesday and check it's ok. If it's not... I'll still be there

I use tyresocks, i'm on my 2nd pair now. I've tried both on-road and off-road tyres, and in my opinoin road tyres are the better choice. They give better grip, and the flat surface is easier to balance on

Also, try not to make jarring movements with your legs, timing is everything on bouncing. Don't lean back when you land, that can also hurt your back, even if you only lean back slightly.
