Wow that sux  I feel his pain. I am just coming up on three and a half weeks after I broke my elbow bocking. I only had to have the Splint on for two weeks. Still can't bend my arm strait or all the way back yet. Tell him to eat lots of foods high in calcium like yogurt, milk and Almonds. Also OJ with added calcium is good. Hope he gets better soon.

Wow thanx for the response and support. I have some pic's posted of the X-rays.  Picture Not Approved yet. The good news is the Doc said I don't need surgery or a full cast for that matter. They put me on light duty @ work for 4 to 6 weeks. 

That, right there, is why I don't wear protective gear!   

We'll you can at least mod em out do some jogging, work out your legs while your out of commission.

  Yes yes mods and jogging. Going out for some tape for my springs and I have the stuff to make some socks. I'm so out of shape I should have been jogging and lifting before I got my rizers. I play to many online video games. I also host LAN partys and a LAN web site http://waoglan.com/ . Sat on my butt to long this winter, well now with the splint I can't play games. Time for a jog! well that sucks big time, just goes to show that all the protective gear can't save you from bad luck.  Hope it hasn't turned you off to bocking, and hope you have a speedy recovery

   Funny thing is I can't wait to get back on them. 6 to 10 weeks if I don't need surgery.

Well first off hello all. I just got my first set of Powerizer pro's from www.xtremeimportz.com. I ordered them March 31 and just got them 16 of April. I'll post my unboxing vid later. Well I got them setup and strapped on with my elbow and knee pads. I was able to walk and stand in place right away. So I started to jog up and down my driveway and then down the block and back. This went on for a hour or so, I stopped for a short break(because I'm really out of shape). I was going to go in the house but was having so much fun. I went for one more run down the street. On the home stretch 20 feet from my back door on my way in. I lost it, you know when ur running and ur body gets ahead of your feet and you can't stop. I fell strait forward my right arm was locked strait. POP goes my elbow.  Just got back from the doc he said it's broke. There was to much blood in the joint to see the break so I have to go back in  and have a Orthopedic Doc look at it in the morning.
