If the weather looks bad nearer the time I will try and book a second hour.

Oh the cost is £7-70 an hour for a badmington court sized area ---but we seemed to be left with 1/2 the sports hall -- thats 3 courts--bargain

well the next meeting is the gym in Bournemouth this sunday. 11am start I think.
wow santa came early! I thought he never did that, you must of been a really good girl this year.
well I cant say much i bought myself a pair of t-rex's before I did a flip. =P

huummm.... aaarh... i see... just a sec let me get the other doctor to look at you.... huummm arrrh inturesting.

well first I would give you a x-ray just too see if anything looks odd (like I would know what looks normal anyway)

and I would say the sleep is because of stress  (cure warm milk and cookies  )

and the stomach thing could just be your stomach acid playing up because of many things (cure indigestion tablets  )

but as you can see I'm a real doctor and know what im doing) 

I think I'll just stick with bocking =)

Lol I thought tundrah was going to take his head off when we went into the subway in portmouth, he was very close.

but as i see now he would of only got a browse =(

took my a while to get used to the 7's, and to wear them in but there all good now!

Yep, gyms are looking a good idea to fit into meets for the winter months. Means a meet doesnt have to be cancelled due to bad weather. Also fills out things/places to go in smaller towns. And now that the clocks have changed, gives more flexibility re time

could we make the gym session 2 hours please as I can't see use getting many nice warms sunny day now. =S

Yes Gibbo dislocated his finger yesterday at the Portsmouth meeting, when he tried to do a handstand on a rock we think

lol I'm always fall when doing some stupid trick or something. 

my last one was last Saturday running on them and clipped the stilts together right in the middle of Bournemouth, but when you can get up from a fall in public thats when your a real bocker!
