well I think you will be fine (if they are new you need to wear the springs in a bit) bounce holding on to a pole like some1 said. This will really tire you out and make you sweat buckets but will make it easier for you to bounce, as your technique will be better and the spring will be looser.

ok I need insurance to cover me to do powerising.

but I have never had to get insurance to cover myself so can some1 help me on what I will need and where to look.

get a tracking device fitted so you alway know where they are =)

also maybe a cattle prod installed on them that you can set off when they are stolen.

I was going to take them apart and make sure all the bolts and screws where done up right, but if you don't want me to use them, I'll leave them be. Guess your the boss.

this is the second time ive seen this hapen to a set of 7Leagues.. this sort of thing is unforseeable though.. so there musnt be a way to combat it really.
