cheers guys.... me and my dad did it a min ago.... havent been on them yet.... i moved the knee bars down so they werent in the way and cant be bothered to put them back yet...

i need to get new bushings tho.... ones broken in 1 part.... but its still usable.... as soon as it gets anyworse its gonna get replaced... but alls good for now...

since this happened i aint bocked on my own anywhere!! apart from in Canewdon where i live...but thats like for 5 mins to my mates house and there aint many chavs around the villiage i live in...

u got it lucky.....first time i fell i chipped the bone in my hip...it didnt hurt so was ok....lol...saying that....thats the only fall ive ever had...lol....let hope my next one isnt as bad as my 1st one...hehe
 

very true......i really should wear some pads....at the moment i dont wear ANY....not even wrist guards..... i get too hot wearing knee pads and stuff....

i am borrowing a friends pair of 100kg springs for this week....gonna see if it makes any difference....hes after stronger springs too....so if they are ok for me....we might swap easier....lol

It's all technique. You need to bounce more from your heels, which could be helped by altering the angle of the footplates.

I just fitted a pair of M100's to my bocks and I only weigh like 75kg or something.

i know some people have spring weights above their own weight but coz i weigh 110kg wasnt sure if it was 1) advisable to go lower or not.... and 2) if it would inprove my bounce....

i trying to get one of my mates to bring his M100s to a club i go to tomorrow morning....hopefully he'll bring them....then i can see if thats any better....i'll try and get a vid....so then i can compare....then i'll post it so u lot can take a looky too....lol
