when i was learning to do a backflip i learned by jumping, then tucking and landing in a tuck, then you kind of lean back a bit while still in the tuck and do a backflip. its then allot easyer to try and do a proper one.
1. What keeps you guys doing what some consider a dangerous activity?
FUN, i love jumping high, and more FUN
2. What is the strangest/funniest comment that a bystander has said?
"Are they fun?" If they dont class flying though the air as fun i dont know what they class as fun 3. Do you have any other activities/extreme sports that you do?
well i dont class trampolineing as extreme but i do a bit of free running and hope to do other extreme sports. 4. What was the most frightening thing that you have done/ happened to you on bocks?
well nothing has REALLY frightend me but the most scary thing was when my bro dared me to do dizzy bocking. (basically hop on 1 leg roung in a circle and try and walk) i didnt get very far
5. What is the worst injury that you have endured? from bocks or other extreme sports?
Well actually nothing. only a grazed elbow which isnt an injury.
you could just cut that top part off, it doesn't do anything
surley that whould leave a pointy peice of metal? anyway i think zipp could just put some padding on the top of the spring bit and also im 5ft it sucks.ive raised the footplate and put padding there but still my tucking is lame.
yep nets are expensive. thats y i put a 10ft enclosure on my 13ft trampoline and filled the rest of the netting with an old football net. i was thinking of making my own enclosure altogether, but decided against that
after seeing the g bound thingy vid i decided to made my own. ive had my trampoline a couple of months now and hopefully ill be doing some of this on my bocks soon
if anyone wants to know the song is system of a down-Stealing Society
yeah 5ft is really as small as you can get. well i am exactly 5ft and weigh 96 lbs. the only problem with my hieght is that its harder to tuck very far due to the spring. tho i have only raised the foot plate by about 1 inch. but sofar i havent have any problems with brused legs but i think ur weight will be ur problem
