Those are very good flips if only I could even get enough height to be able to flip let alone actually flip.
not much hight is needed to land a flip, aslong as you get the rotation as for the video, good flips

Deffo bockers back, just rest untill its better again, and you shouldn't come across the same problem again  or atleast not as bad. untill your muscle are fully used to it.

Or could just be that your muscles need strengthening? I remember when i first started earely last year. i had same problem, but over time it wore away

Personally i think its bad, if i bottom out on springs, i get shockwaves through my spine and thats not good.
As far as i know bottoming out all the time can increase the risk of springs snapping.
So generally its a bad thing.
