none of these fancy sock mods are cost effective!!
they may not be cost effective but theyre a damn sight more attractive than some of the traditional methods.

just been thinking about that.
you could make a very quick release clip.... BUT.... it would bump up the time take to actually make the things... so i dont think it would be beneficial.

hmm i bet it takes longer to make quick change socks than to change regular socks. what do you guys think
possibly. but would they:- a, look as neat. b, be removable within seconds without the use of tools. and even if they are quicker to make, theres nothing to stop me making 10's of pairs of these and sticing them in my car boot for 'future' use.

Sprog:- all the strapping used is hook and loop. so once the main strp is round once, it can be attached to the main strap before being 'wedged' with the remainder of the main strap. Athoul:- i said it was similar to jasons! Jono:- it would be very easy to replace the sock. only oe strap is permanent and thats the extra small one running over the top. usig nut/bolt/washers on this wouldmea it could be reused. but for now, i have used a rivet.

ok, firstly. must say its a very similar idea to jason's, so majority of the brain qudos goes to him. ive changed mine slightly - the width fits flush to the width of the hoof. - rivets have been used. - an extra strp has been added from front to back to prevent slippage. inall using rivets makes this job very easy and not very time consuming, you could make a set of them without a template in 30 minutes quite easily. thanks for looking
