BY THE WAY.. so no assumptions are made as to what you can do in this pit. NEVER try to STAND UP a skill in a loose foam pit. (not sure about with Boks on) The packed down foam in the bottom is un ven. You can easily break of foot, twist and ankle etc. What you do is right as your feet are entering the foam's top you sit to prevent your legs from needling right to the bottom. Also NEVER EVER land on your stomach in a pit. Your stomach area will sink while thighs and chest stay at the top forcing you into a hyper arch. Same with landing on your side. Both can cause sever spine injury. Never DIVE into a pit. You can easily break your neck. some links for you to help with ideas http://www.gymsupply.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=3551wow i thought they were suppose to prevent injury...

Powerising / Modifying Powerisers / Knee strap mod

Well i dont know bout the rest of you guys but the strap that secures your knee to the knee bar is a little short and dug into my leg giving me really bad bruises and carpet burns so.... This is my solution.
I took a the thick strap off of some snowboard bindings Cut the foam off the Bar. drill 2 holes in my knee bars and bolted the straps to the knee bars. Cut off the excess strap from the bindings.a Replaced the foam and taped leaving a gap for the strap and clasp. They are amazing and getting in and out is so much easier.
